Register for Eazzy

Visit an Equity Bank branch or use the Equity mobile app to enrol your account on Eazzy. Once enrolled, USSD *247# activates.

  1. Dial *247#.
  2. Enter your Eazzy PIN.
  3. Menu options: Send Money, Buy Airtime, Pay Bills, Loans, Account.

Borrow

  1. Dial *247#, select Loans.
  2. Choose the Equity loan product (Eazzy Loan or others as available).
  3. Enter amount and confirm.
  4. Review the disbursement and repayment terms.
  5. Enter PIN to confirm.

Check limit

The Loans menu shows your currently approved loan products and limits. If nothing is shown, Equity may not have pre-approved you for a mobile loan; visit a branch or use the Equity app to apply for a limit.

Repay

Dial *247# > Loans > Repay. Or transfer from your Equity account or M-PESA to the Equity loans paybill.

Equity loans price on a bank interest rate plus fees. Rates vary by product; verify the current schedule at loan acceptance.
