About TSC teachers: T-Pay and TPAD
The Teachers Service Commission runs two separate portals that teachers constantly mix up. T-Pay (tpay.tsc.go.ke) is the payroll system: your payslip, your P9, and the third-party deductions that come off your salary. TPAD 2 (tpad2.tsc.go.ke) is the performance appraisal system, which the Commission bases on regulation 52 (1) of the Code of Regulations for Teachers. One holds your money.
