  1. Dial *476# from your M-PESA registered line, OR open M-PESA, then Lipa na M-PESA, then Pay Bill, then business number 4162022.
  2. Enter the service reference: vehicle plate for parking or impound, permit number for a business permit or liquor licence, plot / LR number for land rates, application number for a building or signage permit.

Where do I confirm the enacted rates?

The gazetted Kiambu County Finance Act 2025 is the enforceable version. The published Finance Bill 2025 (11 August 2025) is on kiambu.go.ke. Where a rate on this page is marked pending, we are waiting to confirm the value against the Act text before publishing a number.

What if the fee I am charged differs from what this page shows?

Ask for a printed receipt and cite the Finance Act 2025 section shown on this page. If the marshal or clerk quotes a different figure, that is the amount they will actually charge you on the day; the Act is the ultimate reference, but paybillke is not a party to the transaction. Report a mismatch and we will re-verify.
