The mark
Verified by paybillke
We've confirmed this paybill against the company's official channel within the last 30 days. Multiple independent sources agree. Safe to use.
No mark means we have the entry but haven't double-checked it yet. The source URL is still shown so you can confirm directly. Most entries reach verified status within their first week of being added.
Reported — under review
A user has reported this entry as incorrect. The number is hidden until we resolve within 24 hours.
What earns the mark
- An official source URL. The company's own website, the relevant government portal, or Safaricom's published Lipa na M-Pesa directory. Never a competitor or aggregator.
- A second independent confirmation. Either a separate authoritative source or a documented user report.
- The full account-format expectation. Meter number, account number, ID, invoice — whatever the company actually expects.
- A re-check within 30 days. The top 50 paybills get re-verified weekly. Subscribers to alerts are notified within an hour of any change.

What we don't do
- We don't scrape competitor sites and republish their data as our own.
- We don't accept paid placements that change paybill rankings or hide verification status.
- We don't list betting operators that don't hold a current BCLB licence.
- We don't list digital lenders that aren't CBK-licensed.
