Every Kenyan county has at least one regulated water service provider (WSP). Most route bill payments through an M-PESA paybill, with bank apps as the second-most-common channel. This directory pairs each county to its primary WSP, with verified paybills where we have them and an honest note where we are still verifying. Updated June 2026.

Multi-provider counties
These counties have multiple sub-county WSPs rather than one consolidated utility. The paybill depends on which sub-county or town you live in.
Single utility, paybill on your bill
