If you want your payslip or P9, you want T-Pay at tpay.tsc.go.ke. If you want your appraisal, you want TPAD 2 at tpad2.tsc.go.ke. If you landed on something about carrier billing and merchant checkout, you have found TPay Mobile, an unrelated international payments company that also operates in Kenya and has nothing to do with the Teachers Service Commission.
