The five-minute triage

1. Confirm your internet works. Load google.com or any other unrelated site. If nothing loads, the problem is your connection, not Radabet.

DNS-over-HTTPS (the useful trick)

Some Kenyan ISPs periodically implement DNS-level blocks that break lookups for specific domains without the user knowing why. DNS-over-HTTPS bypasses those blocks by encrypting the lookup so the ISP cannot see or interfere with it. It is not a VPN; your public IP stays the same, so Kenyan operators will not flag your account.

Distinguishing an ISP issue from a Radabet issue

Two-sentence rule:

• If Radabet loads for someone else on a different ISP but not for you, it is your ISP.
