Register

  1. Dial *848#.
  2. Follow the registration prompts. Provide KYC.
  3. Create a Timiza PIN separate from your M-PESA PIN.

Borrow

  1. Dial *848#.
  2. Select Loan.
  3. Enter amount within limit.
  4. Review confirmation: principal, fee, total repayable, due date.
  5. Enter Timiza PIN to confirm.
  6. Funds land in Timiza wallet or M-PESA per your selection.

Repay

From the *848# menu, choose Repay Loan. Or send from M-PESA to the Timiza loans paybill.

Other menu options

  • Savings: view balance, deposit, withdraw.
  • Insurance: view active Timiza insurance products.
  • Airtime: buy airtime from wallet.
  • Change PIN.
