Refund and postponement rules

The pattern is the same everywhere: a postponed event keeps your ticket valid, and the refund window is short. If you cannot make the new date, ask straight away.
Paid but no ticket
- Do not pay again. Check SMS, email and spam first.
- Find the M-PESA confirmation message and its transaction code.
- On TikoHub, a failed booking reverses automatically within 24 hours; if not, email support with the transaction ID. On other sites, contact the platform's support with the code.
