Go to any Airtel Money agent, dial *334#, choose Withdraw Cash, enter the agent number and the amount, and confirm with your PIN. Show your original ID: Airtel requires it for agent transactions. The agent hands you the cash. Withdrawal is charged by band, from KES 11 on the smallest amounts up to KES 309 on the largest.

- Go to an agent. Walk to any Airtel Money agent (green Airtel logo, agent number displayed).
- Dial *334#. On your Airtel line, dial *334#.
- Withdraw Cash. Select Withdraw Cash from the main menu.
- Agent number. Enter the agent's outlet number, displayed at the shop.
- Amount. Enter the amount in KES.
- PIN + ID. Enter your Airtel Money PIN. Show the agent your original ID. Take the cash and keep the confirmation SMS.

Carry your original ID: the agent must see it. Count your cash before you leave. Keep the confirmation SMS. If an agent has no float, try another, and never let anyone else enter your PIN for you.
