About Zuku

Zuku is the consumer brand of Wananchi Group, selling home fibre internet and satellite TV in Kenya. The two products are billed separately and take different paybills, which is the single most common way a Zuku payment goes to the wrong ledger. Fibre is 320320. Satellite TV is 320323. In both cases the account number is your Zuku account number, printed on your bill and on your payment SMS.

Frequently asked

What is the Zuku paybill number?

There are two. Zuku Fibre (home internet) is 320320. Zuku Satellite TV is 320323. Both take your Zuku account number as the account.

Is the Zuku paybill 220220?

No. 220220 is Pesapal, a payment aggregator that lists Zuku among the bills it can route. It is not Zuku’s own paybill.

What account number does Zuku use?

Your Zuku account number, printed on your bill and your payment SMS. For TV it is your TV account or decoder number. Digits only.

How long does Zuku take to reconnect?

About 15 minutes after the payment posts, with the router or decoder switched on. Longer if you paid outside business hours.

I paid the wrong Zuku paybill.

Call Zuku on 0205 200 025 or 0703 010 000 with the M-PESA code and both account numbers. Wananchi can move it between the fibre and satellite ledgers if both accounts are in your name.

Can I pay Zuku from Airtel Money or T-Kash?

Yes. The same paybills work from the other wallets through interoperability, at that wallet’s own tariff.
