Your Zuku payment has not reflected. Work through this.

Nine times out of ten it is one of three things: the wrong paybill (320320 is fibre, 320323 is TV), the wrong account number, or simply not enough time. Reconnection is about 15 minutes after the payment posts, and payments made outside business hours post more slowly.
Check these in order
- Which paybill did you use? Open the M-PESA SMS and read it. 320320 is fibre, 320323 is satellite TV. If it says 220220 you paid Pesapal, not Zuku directly.
- Was the account number right? It must be your Zuku account number, digits only, no spaces. A wrong one leaves the money unallocated rather than bouncing back.
- Has it been 15 minutes, with the equipment on? The router or decoder needs to be powered up to pick up the reconnection.
- Did you pay outside business hours? Posting is slower at night and over weekends.
- Still nothing? Call Zuku with your M-PESA transaction code and account number so they can trace and post it.

Frequently asked
How long should a Zuku payment take?
About 15 minutes after it posts to your account, with the router or decoder switched on.
I paid the wrong Zuku paybill.
Call 0205 200 025 with the M-PESA code and both account numbers. Wananchi can move it between ledgers if both accounts are in your name.
Should I pay again if nothing happened?
Not straight away. Trace the first payment first, or you will have two to unpick.
What is the Zuku customer care number?
0205 200 025 or 0703 010 000.
What do I need before I call?
The M-PESA transaction code, your Zuku account number, and the paybill you paid.
