Use M-PESA paybill 320323 with your Zuku TV account or decoder number as the account. This is a different number from Zuku Fibre (320320), so check which service you are paying before you send.
The steps
- Open M-PESA, choose Lipa na M-PESA, then Pay Bill.
- Business number: 320323.
- Account number: your Zuku TV account or decoder number, usually 8 to 10 digits.
- Enter the amount for your bouquet, then your PIN, and confirm.
- Keep the confirmation SMS.
Three numbers, and only one of them is this one
Zuku TV attracts more wrong numbers than most billers, so it is worth being blunt about all three.
- 320323 is Zuku Satellite TV. Published by Zuku and listed in the Safaricom in-app directory.
- 320320 is Zuku Fibre. Paying it credits your internet, not your TV.
- 220220 is Pesapal, an aggregator. Several guides print it as "the Zuku TV paybill". It is not, although Pesapal does route Zuku bills among others.
If your own Zuku bill prints a different number from any of these, follow your bill.
