Which Zuku paybill do you need, 320320 or 320323?

Zuku Fibre (home internet) is paybill 320320. Zuku Satellite TV is paybill 320323. Both take your Zuku account number as the account. They are one digit apart and they credit different ledgers, so the digit matters.
Two products, two paybills, one digit between them
The number that is not Zuku at all
A number of guides and directories publish 220220 as "the Zuku TV paybill". It is not. 220220 is Pesapal, a payment aggregator.
The confusion is understandable. Pesapal’s own bill-payment page lists DStv, GOtv, Faiba and Zuku among the bills you can settle through Pesapal on 220220. So paying it is not necessarily throwing money away, because Pesapal genuinely routes Zuku bills. But it is not Zuku’s paybill: it puts a third party between you and your account, the reference format is Pesapal’s rather than Zuku’s, and if something goes wrong you are now chasing two companies instead of one.
Use 320323 for Zuku TV. If your own Zuku bill prints something different, use what your bill says, because your bill knows your account and a directory does not.
Where to find your account number
- On your Zuku bill, or the payment reminder SMS Zuku sends you.
- In the Zuku app, under your account details.
- On a previous M-PESA confirmation, if you have paid before and it worked.
- Digits only. No spaces, no dashes, nothing in front of it.
