SasaPay is a mobile wallet operated by ViewTech Limited and licensed by the Central Bank of Kenya under the National Payment System Act. Paybill 756756 loads the wallet from another mobile-money provider, with your own SasaPay number as the account, and SasaPay publishes both in clause 3.7 of its own terms. The account field is where this goes wrong: it must be your SasaPay number, which is your registered phone number. A name or an invented reference leaves the payment with nothing to attach to.
