A saloon or station wagon is KES 100 in the CBD, 75 in the estates, 50 in the sub-counties. A canter is KES 200, 150 or 100. A lorry is KES 300, 200 or 150. A trailer is KES 500, 300 or 200. A motorcycle is KES 100 a day. A monthly sticker for a small vehicle is KES 2,000 in the CBD, and an annual sticker is KES 25,000. A reserved bay is KES 105,000 a year.
Clamping, towing and fines
A clamped saloon costs KES 1,000 to release, a canter or lorry KES 2,000. Tampering with the clamp is a KES 10,000 offence. Double or wrong parking is a KES 5,000 fine, towing is KES 3,000, and impounding is KES 1,000 per hour.
