Betika app download Kenya 2026: Play Store, APK, iOS install

Option 1, Google Play Store (recommended)

1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android.
2. Search for Betika.
3. Pick the listing from the verified developer Shop & Deliver Limited.
4. Tap Install. App downloads (~20 MB).
5. Open and log in with your Safaricom number + PIN.

Auto-updates are on by default, Play Store will keep your Betika app current with security patches and new features.

Option 2, APK direct from betika.com

Use this if Google Play isn't available on your device (some lower-cost Android phones ship without Google Mobile Services), or if you specifically want the latest beta build.

1. Open www.betika.com in Chrome on your Android phone.
2. Tap the green Download App button on the home page.
3. Chrome will warn that the file type can be harmful, confirm because you trust the source.
4. Open the downloaded BetikaKenya.apk from your Downloads folder.
5. Android will prompt to enable installs from this source. Allow it for Chrome only, install Betika, then revoke the permission afterwards.
6. Open Betika and log in with your Safaricom number + PIN.

iOS users, there's no app, use the Web App

Betika has no iOS app on the App Store. Apple allows gambling apps but Betika hasn't shipped one. The closest experience: open www.betika.com in Safari, tap the Share icon, then Add to Home Screen. Betika appears as an icon on your home screen and opens in a chromeless web view that feels like a native app. All features work, deposits, withdrawals, live betting, jackpots.

App vs mobile site, which is better?

For most users the mobile site is plenty fast (it's a Progressive Web App with offline caching). The app has two real advantages: push notifications for jackpot winnings and result updates, and slightly faster bet placement on slow networks. If you bet casually, the mobile site is enough.

Common install problems

"App not installed" error (APK route)

Usually a corrupt download. Delete the APK from Downloads, clear Chrome cache, and re-download from betika.com. Also check you have at least 100 MB free. If you keep hitting this, switch to Play Store, which handles all this automatically.

"Parse error" (APK route)

Means the APK is incomplete (Wi-Fi cut out mid-download) or your Android version is below what Betika supports (Android 5.0+).

Rare in 2026, but happens on very old Androids (4.x). Either upgrade the OS, or use the APK route from betika.com which has a wider device support range.

App opens but won't log in

Updating the app

Play Store users: auto-updates are on by default, nothing to do. APK users: Betika prompts you when an update is available; tap update and the app fetches a new APK. Always update; older versions can miss security patches.

How to spot a fake Betika clone

• URL is not betika.com, clones use betika-co-ke.com, betikabet.app, etc.
• App icon looks slightly off, wrong shade of yellow, off-centre logo.
• Asks for SMS or contact permissions you didn't expect at first launch.
• Login fails on a known-correct PIN, clone is harvesting credentials.
• App size is dramatically different from the ~20 MB official.
