Reset your Betika password
Betika signs you in with your phone number and a password, which many people call a PIN. This is the reset as Betika's site showed it on 25 October 2026:
- Go to betika.com and tap Login.
- Tap Forgot Your Password?
- Enter the phone number you registered with and tap Send Code.
- Type in the code Betika sends to that number. If you already have one, use the Already have a code? link.
- Set a new password and log in with it.
No data? Dial *644# on Safaricom, choose 6 My account, then 1 Reset Code, and follow the prompts.
The reset code is not arriving
- Check the number. The code only goes to the number on your Betika account. If you have two lines, try the other one.
- Check the phone. The SIM for that number must be in the phone with signal. A full SMS inbox can stop new messages, so delete a few old ones.
- Wait before you resend. Give it a few minutes, then ask once more. If you get more than one code, use the newest.
- Still nothing? Call Betika on +254 729 290 290 and ask them to confirm the number on the account.
Login still failing after a reset
- The address. Type betika.com yourself. Links in SMS, WhatsApp or ads can lead to copycat sites that steal passwords.
- The app or browser. Update or reinstall the app, or try Betika Lite, which uses the same account and less data.
- Your connection. Switch between mobile data and Wi-Fi. If nothing loads at all, Betika itself may be down; see is Betika down today.
Locked out or account blocked
Betika does not publish its rules for locking or restricting accounts, so we will not guess at them. Only Betika can lift a restriction. Call +254 729 290 290 or email support@betika.com from your registered number and ask why the account is restricted. Betika's office is at Mayfair Business Centre, 3rd Floor, off Parklands Road, Nairobi.
Nobody from Betika needs your password or your reset code. If someone calls or texts asking for the code, hang up: they are trying to take over the account.

Is this the Betika login page?
No. paybillke is an independent guide. Betika's own login is on betika.com. Never enter your Betika password on any other site.
I forgot my Betika PIN. How do I reset it?
Betika calls it a password. On betika.com tap Login, then "Forgot Your Password?", enter your registered phone number and tap "Send Code". Enter the code Betika sends and set a new password.
The Betika reset code is not coming. What do I do?
Check that you typed the number you registered with, that the SIM for that number is in your phone and has signal, and that your SMS inbox is not full. Wait a few minutes before asking for another code. If it still does not arrive, call Betika on +254 729 290 290.
My Betika account is locked. Who unlocks it?
Only Betika can. Call +254 729 290 290 or email support@betika.com from your registered number and ask why the account is restricted.
Someone is asking for my Betika code. Should I give it?
No. The reset code is only for you to type on betika.com. Betika staff do not need it, and anyone who asks is trying to take over your account.
