cPay lets you pay a Kenyan Paybill or Till directly from crypto. The service converts your crypto to KES and settles the payment on the M-PESA side. Useful for a freelancer paid in USDT who wants to pay rent, KPLC or DStv without a manual off-ramp step.

How it works

Under section 47, providers already operating have until 4 November 2026 to comply. As of 25 October 2026 we found no provider licensed under it on a CBK or CMA register.
