Equity is a channel for government payments and lets you pay over 5,000 government services on eCitizen from your Equity account, the app or Equitel. That covers the ones people search for, like passports, IDs, good conduct certificates, NTSA services and business permits.
The flow
Start on eCitizen, choose the service and generate the invoice, then pay from Equity by selecting the government or eCitizen option in the app, Equity Online or Equitel, or via the government paybill with your eCitizen reference. Generate the invoice first, enter the exact reference, and keep the confirmation.
