To pay Safaricom Home Fibre from Airtel Money, dial *334#, choose Pay Bill, enter 150501, your Home Fibre account number, the amount, and your PIN. This costs KES 7 to KES 108 (cross-network band).

Step by step

1. Dial *334# from your Airtel SIM.
2. Choose Pay Bill.
3. Enter paybill number 150501.
4. Enter your account: Your Safaricom Home Fibre account number (provided when you signed up).
5. Enter the amount in KES.
6. Confirm the recipient name on the screen (Safaricom Home Fibre).
7. Enter your Airtel Money PIN.
8. Save the confirmation SMS. It is your receipt if the payment needs to be traced.

What it costs

Paying an M-PESA paybill from Airtel Money is a cross-network transaction. Airtel charges the customer:

• KES 7 for amounts KES 101 to 500.
• KES 13 for KES 501 to 1,000.
• KES 23 to 33 for KES 1,001 to 2,500.

1. Wait 5 minutes. Most paybills reconcile within 60 seconds.
2. Check the confirmation SMS: recipient name and transaction ID.
3. Call Safaricom Home Fibre customer care with the transaction ID. Most cases resolve within 24 to 48 hours.
4. If unresolved, call Airtel on 100 with the transaction ID.
