How to Pay School Fees to a KCB School Account

If your school banks with KCB, you have several ways to pay, and all of them use the school's KCB collection details. By M-PESA you pay to Lipa na KCB paybill 522533, or to the Lipa Karo M-PESA paybill 522123 where the school uses Lipa Karo, with the school and student reference as the school directs.

The methods

M-PESA. Lipa na M-PESA, Paybill, enter 522533 (or the school's Lipa Karo number 522123), enter the school and student reference, amount, PIN.

KCB app or KCB Vooma app. Pay directly from your KCB account or Vooma wallet without withdrawing.

Card, internet banking, branch or agent. Pay by KCB card, on KCB internet banking, at any KCB branch, or at any KCB agent.

Get the reference right

Use the exact student reference the school gives, and keep the confirmation. If a payment does not reflect, take the message to the bursar with the transaction code, and contact KCB if the money left with no confirmation.
