Till Operators: Primary vs Assistant

A till can have multiple operators. There are two roles. A primary operator can pay, withdraw, sell airtime, and view and export statements. An assistant operator can withdraw to the owner's nominated number or bank, sell airtime, and view but not export statements.
Manage operators on the Business App
Open the Organization tab. Choose Operators. You can add operators, reset a PIN, delete an operator, or change their status. This keeps control with the owner while letting the shop run.
Best practice
Give staff assistant roles by default. Reserve primary for the owner or a co-owner. Remove operators the moment a staff member leaves. Change PINs periodically.
