How to Withdraw Money from an M-PESA Till

Take money out of your till to your nominated number, to an agent as cash, or to your bank. On the M-PESA Business app: Transact or Withdraw, choose withdraw to owner, amount, PIN. On *234#: dial from the nominated number, choose M-PESA Business Till, and follow the withdraw options.
On the Business app
Open Transact or tap Withdraw on quick actions. Choose withdraw to owner (nominated number), agent, or bank. Enter amount, confirm, enter your operator PIN.

Dial from the nominated number, choose M-PESA Business Till, choose the withdraw route (owner, agent, bank), enter amount and PIN.
Roles
Primary operators can withdraw and settle broadly. Assistant operators can withdraw to the owner's nominated number or to the bank, plus sell airtime.
Cost note
Withdrawal is charged separately from your collection fee. Settle to your bank in fewer, larger transfers to keep costs down rather than cashing out little and often.
