How to Check Your Till Balance and Statements

Check your till balance and see who paid using the store number, on the M-PESA Business app or on *234#. On the app, open Home to see balance and money-in/money-out; open Statements to export. On *234#, dial from the nominated number, choose M-PESA Business Till, enter your store number, view balance and mini-statement.
On the Business app
Home tab: balance, money-in and money-out chart, and quick actions. Statements: view and export by date range. Primary operators can export; assistant operators can view but not export.

Why the store number matters
The store number is the one used to check balances and see individual customer transactions. The till number is what customers pay; the store number is what you reconcile with.
