Poa Internet customers pay via M-PESA. Historically Poa has used a paybill (account = customer number) rather than a Buy Goods till, and the current number should be confirmed in the Poa app or on poainternet.co.ke before paying. Never rely on a third-party listing for your monthly bill.
How to pay
Open M-PESA > Lipa na M-PESA > Pay Bill > enter Poa's current paybill (confirm in the Poa app) > account is your Poa customer number > amount > PIN > confirm. The subscription updates within minutes.
Why the till confusion
People search "Poa Internet till number" out of habit. The important part is the account number, so the payment matches your subscription. If Poa migrated to a Buy Goods till, no account number would be needed, but a paybill route is the norm for ISPs.
