How to Reset Your SasaPay PIN or Password

Forgetting your SasaPay password is easy to fix from the login screen, and it uses your ID plus an SMS code to confirm it is really you.

The reset steps

  1. On the login screen, tap Forgot your Password.
  2. Enter your ID number.
  3. SasaPay sends an SMS code to your registered number.
  4. Enter the code, then set your new password twice to confirm.

If it does not work

If the SMS code does not arrive, check that you are on your registered line and have signal, then try again. If your account is locked after several wrong attempts, contact SasaPay care on +254 797 000 444, or care@sasapay.co.ke, to have it sorted.

Security reminders

Set a PIN and password that are not your birth year or an obvious sequence. Never share either, and remember that SasaPay will never call to ask for your PIN. Anyone who does is a fraudster.
