How to Download and Set Up the SasaPay App

The SasaPay app is the fullest way to use the wallet, and it is free on both Android and iPhone. If you do not have a smartphone, everything still works on *626#.

Install and set up

  1. Download SasaPay from Google Play or the Apple App Store.
  2. Register with your phone number and ID number.
  3. Activate at your nearest SasaPay agent with your original ID.
  4. Set your PIN and a security question.

What you can do in the app

Send money and see the recipient name before confirming, withdraw at an agent, top up from other wallets, transfer to banks and wallets, pay bills, save loose change, and view your full transaction history and statements. The dashboard gives buttons for Send Money, Withdraw, Top Up and Transfer.

Staying secure in the app

Lock your phone, never save your PIN in notes, and check that messages come from the branded Sasa Pay sender ID. If you lose your phone or SIM, report it at once so the account can be protected.
