How to Become a SasaPay Agent

A SasaPay agent earns a commission every time a customer transacts, and sees activity on a real-time dashboard. For anyone with a shop or a steady footfall, it is an income stream on top of the main business.
What agents do
Agents handle deposits and cash in, which is free for the customer, withdrawals and cash out, and coin collection, letting customers turn loose change into wallet value. The more traffic you serve, the more you earn.
How to apply
- Download the Agency application, or the Sub-Agency application if you are joining under an existing agent.
- Complete the form and prepare the required documents.
- Submit to merchants@sasapay.co.ke.
- After review and approval, you are set up with your agent till and dashboard.
Main agent vs sub-agency
A main agency stands on its own, while a sub-agency operates under a parent agent, which can be a faster way in if you are starting small. Choose the form that matches your plan.
Tips to earn well
Keep enough float so you never turn a customer away, place your point where people already pass, and serve fast. Never enter a customer's PIN for them, and never ask for it.
