How to Pay DSTV, GOtv, Faiba and Zuku with Pesapal

Pesapal lets you pay TV and internet bills, including DSTV, GOtv, Faiba and Zuku, with mobile money or your debit or credit card, online or on the Pesapal app. It is a quick way to reconnect without hunting for each provider's own paybill.
The steps
- Open Pesapal online or the Pesapal app, or use paybill 220220 on M-Pesa.
- Choose the biller, for example DSTV, GOtv, Faiba or Zuku.
- Enter your account, smartcard or IUC number so the payment attaches to your subscription.
- Enter the amount and pay by M-Pesa or card.
Pay several at once
On the Pesapal app you can bundle several bills into one payment, so your TV, internet and other bills clear together, which is tidier than paying each separately.
Getting it right
Use the exact account or smartcard number, pay the amount your package needs, and keep the confirmation. If a service does not reconnect, check the number and amount, then contact the provider with the transaction reference.
