What if I pay the wrong amount or use the wrong paybill?
Contact 22Bet support straight away with your M-PESA transaction code. If you paid the wrong paybill entirely, call Safaricom customer care on 100 (prepay) or 200 (postpay) as soon as you can. The 456 self-reversal does not cover paybills, and the business has to agree before the money comes back, so a refund is not guaranteed.
