NCBA branches and how to reach customer care

Finding a branch, ATM or CDM

NCBA's locator at ncbagroup.com/ke/ncba-branches lists branches, ATMs, Premier Lounges and cash deposit machines on separate tabs, each with the address, phone and opening hours. Typical branch hours run to about 4pm on weekdays and midday on Saturday, but they differ by location, so check the specific branch rather than assuming.

Which channel for which problem

A payment that has not arrived. Call 0800 720 444 with the M-PESA transaction code to hand. This is the fastest path and the one that leaves a trace.

A lost or stolen card. Block it yourself in NCBA Now, immediately, then call.

Balance, statement, or a transfer. Do not queue. *488# handles all three.

Opening an account. The NCBA Now app, unless it is a business or joint account.

Anything involving documents. A branch.

On branch numbers

You will see "60-plus branches" quoted for NCBA in various places. We are not repeating it as fact, because the locator paginates and we could not count a total from it. What we can say is that the locator is the authoritative list and it is updated by the bank, so use it rather than any count, including ours.
