Two ways to log in to MozzartBet

Channel	Where	Needs data?
Browser	mozzartbet.co.ke/login (Chrome, Safari, Firefox)	Yes
Android app	Install APK from mozzartbet.co.ke (not Google Play)	Yes

Log in via browser (fastest on a smartphone)

Open mozzartbet.co.ke/login.
Type your Safaricom number: 0712345678 format, no country code, no spaces.
Type your MozzartBet PIN.
Tap Login. You land on your MozzartBet dashboard.

Log in via the MozzartBet Android app

Open the MozzartBet app (Android APK from mozzartbet.co.ke). iPhone users use the browser: MozzartBet has no iOS app in Kenya.
Enter your Safaricom number.
Enter your PIN.
Tap Login.

Most login failures fall into six specific causes (wrong PIN, phone number changed, locked account, KYC flag, outdated app, network). The full troubleshooting flow lives on our MozzartBet login not working guide. Work through the causes in order; a plain PIN reset resolves the majority.

Login security, what to keep in mind

Do not reuse your M-PESA PIN. If one leaks, the other goes too.
Real MozzartBet SMS uses a branded sender ID. Anything from a phone number claiming to be MozzartBet, or with a non-mozzartbet.co.ke link, is a phishing attempt.
MozzartBet support will never ask for your PIN. Hang up if a caller does.
Log out on shared devices. Never just close the tab.

FAQ

What phone number can I use to log in to MozzartBet?

MozzartBet Kenya ties accounts to Safaricom numbers. Enter the number as 0712345678 (no country code, no spaces). The mobile web and Android app both accept the same credentials.

What if I forget my MozzartBet PIN?

Use the Forgot PIN link on mozzartbet.co.ke/login. MozzartBet sends a reset link or a fresh PIN by SMS to your registered Safaricom number within 60 seconds. If the SMS never arrives, check that SMS delivery is enabled on your line and that promotional filters are not blocking the sender ID.

Can I log in to MozzartBet from a browser?

Yes. Open mozzartbet.co.ke/login on any browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox), enter your Safaricom number and PIN, tap Login. The mobile web is the primary access channel; the Android app wraps the same web experience.

Do I need the MozzartBet app to log in?

No. MozzartBet is accessible two ways in Kenya: the mobile web at mozzartbet.co.ke (works on any smartphone or laptop) and the Android APK downloaded from mozzartbet.co.ke/mobile-apps (there is no Google Play version and no iOS app).

Why is my MozzartBet account locked?

Repeated wrong PIN attempts trigger a short soft lock. You do not need to wait. Use the Forgot PIN flow and set a fresh PIN; that bypasses the lock. If lockouts recur, someone else may have your credentials, so reset again and treat the account as potentially compromised.

Does MozzartBet charge to log in?

No. Login itself is free on all channels. Standard mobile data rates apply for the app and browser. Deposits attract the M-PESA paybill tariff plus the 5% Finance Act 2025 deposit excise; those are separate from the login flow.
