Pay your bill step by step
- Open the M-PESA app, or dial *334#.
- Select Lipa na M-PESA, then Pay Bill.
- Business number: 511000.
- Account: your ELDOWAS account number from the bill. No spaces or hyphens.
- Enter the amount.
- Enter your M-PESA PIN and confirm.
