Tap the login button at the top of the page.
Enter the phone number on your betPawa account.
Enter your 4-digit PIN and confirm.

No account yet? betPawa's help page says you join on its Join Now page with your phone number, a 4-digit PIN and your personal details, then accept the terms. You must be 18 or over. Our betPawa register and deposit guide covers the rest.

Forgot your PIN

Open the Forgot PIN page on betpawa.co.ke.
Enter your account phone number if it is not already filled in.
Tap Get verification code.
Enter the code you receive. If it does not come, resend it or pick another method on the same page.
Create a new PIN, confirm it, and tap Set New PIN.

If your account is closed

Self-excluded on the betPawa page: the account reopens by itself when the period you chose ends.
Closed through customer support: it can only be reopened after the agreed period, and you must contact support to reactivate it.
betPawa says neither kind of closure can be reversed early.

Deposits and withdrawals

Open the Forgot PIN page on betpawa.co.ke, enter your account phone number, tap Get verification code, enter the code you receive, then set and confirm a new PIN. If the code does not arrive, the page lets you resend it or choose another method.

Why can I not log in after closing my account?

betPawa says an account closed by self-exclusion reopens automatically when the period ends, and one closed through customer support must be reactivated by support after the agreed period. Neither can be reopened early.
