Order in the Carrefour (MAF) app. Express delivery runs about 60 to 90 minutes in selected areas of Nairobi, Mombasa and Diani. Payment is M-PESA, card, voucher or MyCLUB points, with M-PESA on delivery under KES 5,000.

Check your area before you fill a basket

Express is advertised for selected areas, not whole cities, and the boundaries are not always where you would guess. The failure mode is discovering at checkout that your estate is outside the window after twenty minutes of shopping. Confirm coverage in the app first.

What the app accepts

  1. M-PESA, by approving an STK prompt at checkout.
  2. M-PESA on delivery, for orders below KES 5,000, so the money moves when the order does.
  3. Cards, saved or entered at checkout.
  4. Carrefour vouchers, redeemed against the basket.
  5. MyCLUB points, applied as payment, and combinable with the above.
