KAPS mall parking: how it works and where
Many Kenyan malls run their parking through KAPS, so you pay by M-PESA on *486# (select the mall), the KAPS app, or an A-Card. Mall rates are charged per hour and vary by mall, and some malls give a free first period (often the first 30 to 60 minutes) before charging . You take a ticket or your plate is read on entry, then pay before you exit.
How to pay at a KAPS mall
- Dial *486#.
- Choose the mall from the list.
- Enter your ticket number or number plate.
- Confirm the amount and pay with your M-PESA PIN.
- Do this before you drive to the exit so the boom lifts without a queue.
Regular shoppers can tap a KAPS A-Card at the terminal instead.

Yes, at KAPS-operated malls. Load funds on the A-Card and tap it at the terminal. Useful for regular shoppers at Sarit, Village Market and other KAPS malls.
