  • 47-county water utility directory shipped in June 2026 (6 paybills verified, 41 utilities identified with paybill confirmation in progress).
  • 10 top university hubs added in June 2026 covering eCitizen 222222 routing plus legacy paybills.
  • 18 diaspora corridors now have country pages covering UK, US, UAE, Qatar, Australia, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Germany, South Africa, Tanzania, Ireland, Netherlands, Italy, Switzerland, Oman, Kuwait, Sweden, France.
  • Status pages for the 6 services most-searched during outages (M-PESA, Safaricom network, KPLC, Betika, KCB, NCBA).
  • Fuliza hub published with full fee schedule, opt-out flow, and CRB exposure rules.
  • M-PESA error codes lookup published (MR101 to MR110 plus generic failure modes).

Why it matters

Verification is the single thing that separates paybillke from scrapy directory sites. Every paybill on the directory has been confirmed against either the operator's official site, an official customer-care channel, or live M-PESA STK testing. Quarterly re-verification catches paybill changes within 90 days; reader reports get acted on within 48 hours.
