How to apply
Access the loan through the M-PESA menu, Loans and Savings, KCB M-PESA, then Request Loan, or on the KCB channel, opt in, check your limit, and request the amount, which is disbursed to your M-PESA. Repay via paybill 522559 with your ID number. Repay on time to grow your limit and avoid extra cost.
Borrow sensibly
A one-month loan is a bridge, not income. Borrow what you can clear within the month, since rolling it repeatedly is where the cost bites. If you find yourself borrowing every month, a cheaper plan is to build a small buffer so you stop drawing.
