Pay your bill step by step
- Open the M-PESA app, or dial *334#.
- Select Lipa na M-PESA, then Pay Bill.
- Business number: 860100.
- Account: your THIWASCO account number from the bill. No spaces or hyphens.
- Enter the amount.
- Enter your M-PESA PIN and confirm.
Keep the M-PESA SMS. The payment usually reflects on your THIWASCO account within a few minutes to a few hours, utility posting is not always instant.
