KIWASCO uses paybill 200900. The account is your KIWASCO account number, printed on your water bill. It is not your meter serial number and not your phone number.
Pay your bill step by step
- Open the M-PESA app, or dial *334#.
- Select Lipa na M-PESA, then Pay Bill.
- Business number: 200900.
- Account: your KIWASCO account number from the bill. No spaces or hyphens.
- Enter the amount.
- Enter your M-PESA PIN and confirm.
Keep the M-PESA SMS. The payment usually reflects on your KIWASCO account within a few minutes to a few hours, utility posting is not always instant.
