Faiba, from Jamii Telecommunications (JTL), runs home fibre and the FaibaMobile 4G network. Both are paid through the same M-PESA paybill. The only thing that changes is what you put in the account field.

The verified paybill

Faiba (JTL) is paybill 776611. For home fibre, the account is your Faiba account number from your bill or the MyFaiba app. For FaibaMobile, the account is your Faiba mobile number.

Pay Faiba step by step

  1. Open the M-PESA app, or dial *334#.
  2. Select Lipa na M-PESA, then Pay Bill.
  3. Business number: 776611.
  4. Account: your Faiba account number (for fibre) or your Faiba mobile number (for FaibaMobile).
  5. Enter the amount for your plan or bundle.
  6. Enter your M-PESA PIN and confirm.

Keep the M-PESA SMS with its transaction code. Faiba applies the payment within a few minutes in the normal case.
