Pakakumi: Aviator and Crash, no app needed
By Arnold Ochieng · Independent guide
Pakakumi is a Kenyan betting site run by Reys and Meys Limited from Westlands, Nairobi. It offers Aviator, its own Crash game and sports betting, and you play it in your phone's browser at pakakumi.com. There is no Pakakumi app to download.
Who runs Pakakumi, and its licence
Reys and Meys Limited, which runs Pakakumi, says on its own site that it is licensed by the BCLB, licence BK 0001230 and PG 0001229. The GRA replaced the BCLB under the Gambling Control Act 2025, and GRA publishes no licence register, so confirm with GRA before you deposit. Checked 25 October 2026.
The footer shows BK 0001230 and PG 0001229, but a paragraph higher up the same homepage gives "Licence No. 0000533". We report the footer numbers because that is the formal statement. If the licence decides whether you play, ask GRA on 0800 723 770.
What you can play
- Aviator. The plane climbs, the multiplier rises, and you cash out before it flies away.
- Crash. Pakakumi's own version of the same idea.
- Sports betting. Matches and markets on the same account.
Pakakumi calls its games provably fair. Each round's result comes from a SHA256 hash chain fixed in advance, so you can check after a round that it was not changed. It does not let you, or anyone, see the next result.
Deposit and withdrawal rules
- You can play with M-PESA from KES 10.
- Deposit only from the phone number you registered with, to the Pakakumi paybill shown in your account.
- Withdrawals go only to that same registered number.
- You must wager at least what you deposited before you can withdraw it.
- The most paid out on one round, across everyone's bets, is KES 1,000,000. Pakakumi may cash bets out automatically to stay under it.
- One account per person. Pakakumi can ask for ID before it pays.
The Pakakumi paybill is 547717. When we keyed it into M-PESA on 25 October 2026, the name that came up was Pakakumi. If you see any other name, stop and do not enter your PIN. For the account number, use what Pakakumi's deposit screen tells you, and pay from your registered number.
Bonuses and their caps
From Pakakumi's promotions pages, 25 October 2026. Offers change, so read the terms on the offer itself before you opt in.
| Offer | What the terms say |
|---|---|
| Jibambe Tuesday | 100% bonus on a Tuesday deposit of at least KES 100, up to a bonus of KES 100. Wager it 10 times within 7 days. |
| First Deposit Today | 5% back on your first deposit of the day, on deposits up to KES 2,000, so at most KES 100 a day. Paid as cash, not bonus. |
| Friday stake-back | 30% of your Friday stakes back as free bets, paid at 3pm. |
| Kwachua Lunch | A KES 50 free bet between 1pm and 3pm. |
| Weekly Cash Race | A weekly leaderboard with a motorbike or KES 15,000 as the prize. |
The homepage banner advertises a "450% welcome bonus up to KES 100,000". We could not find terms that match it. The Tuesday offer, for example, caps the bonus at KES 100. Go by the terms of the specific offer, not the banner.
Predictors and signal groups do not work
Each result is fixed by the hash chain before the round starts, and nothing outside Pakakumi can read the next one. People who sell "Pakakumi predictions" make their money from the people who pay them.

Frequently asked
Is there a Pakakumi app?
No. Pakakumi says its site is built for phones and needs no app download. You play at pakakumi.com in your browser. Any "Pakakumi APK" offered on Telegram, TikTok, WhatsApp or a download site did not come from Pakakumi.
Is the Pakakumi Aviator APK safe?
Treat it as unsafe. It is not Pakakumi's file, so you have no way to know what it does. Unofficial betting apps can carry malware or copy your login. Delete it and use pakakumi.com.
Is Pakakumi licensed?
Pakakumi's footer says Reys and Meys Limited is licensed by the BCLB, licence BK 0001230 and PG 0001229. The GRA replaced the BCLB under the Gambling Control Act 2025 and publishes no licence register, so confirm with GRA before you deposit.
What is the minimum to play on Pakakumi?
Pakakumi's homepage says you can play with M-PESA from KES 10.
Why can't I withdraw my deposit straight away?
Pakakumi's terms say you must wager at least the amount you deposited before you can withdraw it. They give anti-money-laundering rules as the reason.
What is the most I can win on one Pakakumi round?
Pakakumi's terms cap the total payout on a single round at KES 1,000,000. Pakakumi may cash bets out automatically to stay within that cap.
Can I predict when Pakakumi will crash?
No. Each round comes from a hash chain set in advance. That lets you check afterwards that a round was not changed, but it gives no way to see the next one. Anyone selling predictions or "signals" is selling nothing.
How do I contact Pakakumi?
