Paying EvoPay parking: app, QR code, WhatsApp or card

There is no EvoPay paybill. You pay one of four ways: in the Evopay Africa app, by scanning the QR code on your parking ticket, through WhatsApp, or with a prepaid EvoPay parking card. Funding comes from M-PESA, Visa or vouchers, including Carrefour vouchers.

Why there is no paybill to look up

Parking is charged by duration, so the amount is not known until you leave. A paybill expects you to type a number you already know. EvoPay instead reads your ticket or your session, works out what you owe, and charges it, which is why the payment starts from the ticket or the app rather than from the M-PESA menu.

The four routes

  1. The app. Open Evopay Africa, choose to pay for parking, and settle by M-PESA or Visa.
  2. The QR code. Scan the code printed on your parking ticket, which opens the payment for that session.
  3. WhatsApp. Chat EvoPay on +254 700 367 777 and follow the prompts.
  4. Prepaid card. Tap or enter an EvoPay parking card, bought from a parking office and topped up by M-PESA or Visa. One account can hold several cards, which is the point for a household or a small fleet.

Getting a receipt you can actually claim

EvoPay issues KRA eTIMS receipts for parking payments through the app. This is the genuinely useful feature and almost nobody mentions it: parking is an ordinary business expense, and a compliant receipt is the difference between claiming it and not. If you park for work, get the receipt at the time rather than trying to reconstruct it later.

Why no USSD code appears on this page

EvoPay advertises a USSD code, and the build document behind this page carried it with its own instruction to confirm it before publishing. We could not confirm it, so it is not here. Between 12 and 13 September 2026 this site dialled nineteen published USSD codes and ten did not answer, three of them ours. A parking menu that asks for a PIN is not somewhere to send a reader on an unchecked number. If EvoPay confirms the code, it goes in.

Carrefour vouchers work here

EvoPay accepts Carrefour vouchers as payment for parking, which is a neat overlap given how much Kenyan mall parking sits under the same roof as a Carrefour. If you hold vouchers, this is a way to spend them that most people never discover.
