The source is a spreadsheet paste and it shows. Rows 144 to 148 are absent from the published table, several stations appear two or three times on different lines, and most numbers are printed without the leading zero. We have added the zero so the numbers dial, kept every duplicate rather than picking a favourite, and shown the Judiciary's own wording wherever we tidied a name. Nothing was invented and no row was dropped.
